I love to see what people eat, whether it's to get ideas and inspiration, or to generally be nosey. So, I thought I'd put together a post of what sort of meals I tend to eat on a weekly basis and, if you guys like it and want to see more, then I could make it a regular post. Mum, if you're checking up on me and making sure I'm not living off beans on toast since moving away, then I hope you're relieved!

For me, food is enjoyable. I like to think that I eat relatively healthily, but it isn't with the intention of cutting calories or losing weight. I don't believe in 'dieting', I just eat food that I enjoy and try to give my body a diverse mix of nutrients from fresh ingredients, as much as possible. There's no rules to what I eat and I would never stop myself from having a big wedge of chocolate cake, if I fancied it. But, I do limit my processed food intake as much as I can at home especially, swapping for more natural alternatives. My boyfriend and I make the majority of our meals from scratch and, whilst we don't buy ready-meals, we do like to eat out and enjoy the odd takeaway, from time to time. Personally, I think it's all about balance and I can definitely feel a difference in both mind and body, when I eat more healthily.

These are just the main meals that I've eaten on each day, not including snacks, drinks or things like smoothies/juices.
