When it comes to that time of pulling chunky knitwear from the depths of your wardrobe, drinking copious amounts of hot chocolate and switching bare legs for tights, I am in heaven. There's only one thing I don't look forward to when the transition into A/W begins. When the seasons start to change, my skin goes into a bit of a crisis. I'm not just talking about a little redness around my nose and the need to up the ante with my moisturisers. No, I need a full-on overhaul to keep dryness and irritation at bay, for my body, face, lips and tips. Hard working products, come at me!

Well, if you aren’t certain of where I stand on the Indeed Labs Hydraluron Serum, then you need to read my blog some more. And if you don't know which product I'm on about, I will eat my hat. When the moisture-boosting marvel hit the shelves, it literally changed my skin life. The clinical brand then extended the line and followed up with the hydrating, plumping sheet masks. Again, wonderful work. And if that wasn't enough, without any prior warning, or maybe this proves how little I’ve been able to access the internet as of late, I stumbled across the newest of the bunch, the Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture Jelly. Seeing as it’s predecessors were such people pleasers, how could I put it down and walk away?
I've given you my 2013 Makeup and Nail Favourites, now it's time to move onto part two, showing you the skincare and haircare products that beat off their competition to top my list. There's a few of the usual suspects making an appearance in there, but I've also discovered some exciting newcomers that have overtaken their rivals and become firm favourites of mine.

Once a week, if I'm lucky, there's nothing I like more than to chill out and pamper myself for an entire evening. In Winter, it takes a bit more effort to keep everything on tip top form, thanks to the frosty weather draining skin, hair and nails of moisture and that natural glow. After the hectic holidays, copious amounts of food and drink and possibly a bit too much partying, we all need some down time. A nice hot bath is perfect to relax and is something to look forward to on grim, miserable days, after getting up when it still seems like the middle of the night.
We all chop and change the skincare products that we use, especially when new releases are constantly hitting us and there's a sudden surge of interest in specific products that are the next must-have. But, my skin doesn't like that, at all. Whenever I cut my routine down to the products that work for me time and time again, my skin is very grateful and it shows. Also, skincare products take a good few months to really get to work on your skin anyway, so if you don't use it for long enough, chances are you won't see the true benefits from it. At the moment, my morning skincare routine looks like this. It may seem like a lot of steps for a busy morning rush, but the longer I take to give my face a good going over, the better my skin and makeup looks and the better I feel. This morning routine has been working well for me for a few months now and so I thought I'd share it with you guys.
